I ordered a new version of Softmaker office on 11-13. Never got the link to download.

A few days later I wrote to support trying to figure out what happened and didn't get a reply. After digging through my mail logs I found the culprit.

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[62.138.31.130]: 450 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [62.138.31.130]; from=<news@softmake
r.de> to=<francisco@natserv.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<www.softmaker.com>

You are sending mail from 62.138.31.130, which has a PTR record, BUT it doesn't have a matching A record.

Any way I can get a private message in this forum with the link to download the product?
In the mean time I am reviewing my mail setup. May take off the setting that stopped the emails.. but to be safe I would rather just get a private mesage here.
