I have Office 2010 (Standard version), what are the differences/improvements are in the standard Office 2012 to justify my upgrading?

I don't see any earth shattering improvements that I currently need, but I have decided to upgrade to support your Company for your excellent support response time.

I purchased the standard upgrade Office 2012 download as well as the 100 font pack download.

I received three e-mails acknowledging the purchase, but no download link.

I did receive an e-mail download link for the 100 font pack.

Am I supposed to use the Trial download or am I missing an e-mail or overlooking where I am supposed to access the standard Office 2012 upgrade download link?

The e-mail with the download link and serial number went to the same e-mail address that the other e-mails went to. Please check your spam folder; the e-mail can usually be found there.

I had three e-mails arrive in response to the purchase of the standard Office 2012 software.

An acknowledgement of purchase, an invoice and an e-mail stating the order was complete with a link for a half off offer for 100 fonts.

I have looked over all three e-mails very carefully and there is no hyperlink for Office 2012, just the hyperlink for the 100 fonts.

I clicked on that and purchased the 100 fonts.

That got me three more e-mails.

An acknowledgment of purchase, an invoice and an e-mail with the hyperlink to the 100 fonts.

All of these arrived in my inbox fine, none went to the Spam folder, there is no e-mails from SoftMaker in my Spam folder.

I used Reply to the Office 2012 Invoice e-mail requesting a send or resend of a hyperlink for the Office 2012 download yesterday and again today without a response to date.

The hyperlink for the 100 fonts works fine, but I don't want to use that until I have Office 2012 installed.

I have resent the download details and serial number.
