Dear Sir,
I have update my textmaker to 2012. now I have problem opening the files that i saved in dropbox. message:"there was a problem sending the command to the program". Help. I can open the file if i copy the file from the dropbox and put it in the desktop.

It work with tentmaker 2010 (before I update) to 2012

Only text maker has problem. No problem with plan maker and presentation

Please to advise us, what do you define as a "dropbox" ?

If you mean the Win XP / Win 7 Desktop icon, no problems have been seen here with multiple Beta test systems in SM 2010 and now SM 2012 and the initial shipping version of SM 2012, regardless of the system components, etc.

The only problems we have seen otherwise are end-user induced, usually not "assembling" the icons, shortcuts and so forth correctly.

Dropbox is a cloud share program. Go to www.dropbox.com for details. I do not have this problem for tentmaker 2010
