As per subject. This is particularly useful when writing articles/documents which have to be a set number of words, so you don't have to keep opening/closing the Porperties->Statis dialog.

In View=>Toolbars you can enable the statistic toolbar which you can place anywhere in the TextMaker window. Here you can see the word count of your current file.

Problem with current toolbar is that you have to click the update button to see the latest stats, and only one stat can be shown at a time. I would like it to update automatically on every keypress/text manipulation (eg. cut/copy/paste etc.).

Also, it would be better if the toolbar could show all the stats (ie. words, characters, lines, paragraphs, pages).

I think it's WordPerfect that has an automatically updating word count in the status bar, and it's very useful.

Please can you add this feature to the next version.

Just realised you can already display all the stats at the same time on the toolbar.

Just need them to update automatically as you type/edit.

It would be useful if when in toolbar customize mode, the buttons for the count of words, characters, lines, paragraphs etc. had the text of what they represent in them. Currently, as soon as you start to edit the toolbar, your left with empty rectangles, so it's difficult to tell which button represents what stat without exiting customize mode (ie. so you have to remember the order/position of the buttons before going into edit mode).

I will refer your suggestions to our developers.
