I'm impressed with Softmaker Office. I used Textmaker 2006 and it works better than the newest version of Open Office. Little confusion with the ordering process. I accidently clicked the button twice and the selected paypal. I was never forwarded to paypal, only to a "Thanks for Ordering" screen

From Images left: Open Office opening a .docx file, Textmaker 2006 opening a .doc file and Open Office opening a .doc file.

Open office failed to open even the .doc file correctly.

I could not find any order in our system with your e-mail address. Did you use another e-mail? Apart from that I would suggest to write an e-mail to sales(at)softmaker.de. They can check our paypal account and see if there is an double payment or not.
