Dear SoftMaker Team,

my colleague and I are collaborating on a paper - he in MS Office 2007, I in SoftMaker2010 - no problems there. However, he made significant changes to an earlier version of the paper and forgot to track them so that I could see his new corrections. Is there a way that I can compare or merge documents in TextMaker so that the recent changes will be revealed, as I cannot find any clues to this issue in the Manual or in the text options,

Many Thanks
arobbo

PS I can see that "Review all changes" gives me some insight into the changes made, but as I cannot scroll in the document while that (and many other dialogues, like search/replace) are open it makes this approach very awkward. Plus, TextMaker's inability to open two documents side-by-side in separate windows (or split screens within a single window) make such document editing unfeasible.

There's no 'compare' mode in TextMaker, the only method is to open both documents and view them side by side (Windows/Tile vertically). I will open a feature request for such a mode.
