every time i open the find dialogue, i tell it to search from the beginning (this is in windows). i click the box, but the next time i open the find dialogue, it's unclicked and i have to click it all over again.

is this a bug? is there a way to set start at the beginning after you get to the end (wrap around) as the default.

otherwise, this is very frustrating.

This is not a bug. It works as intended. After starting to search a word from the top most people want to search for the same word again but not again from the top of the document but from the current cursor position to find other places in the document with the same word. Changing this behavior would cause more complaints from other customers.
