Sorry for posting this in the TextMaker forum, but there's no BasicMaker forum yet?

Everytime I try to change the font in BasicMaker settings, it crashes (Windows dialog saying BasicMaker.exe has encountered problems and has to close) when I press the 'OK' button. I'm not using any exotic font, just changing the setting from Courier New 10 to Courier New 9.

I'm running it from a USB stick on Windows XP SP2.

I don't know what's happening there (can you provide the crash address?), but BasicMaker won't run in portable mode anyway. It needs to tie in with the system's OLE Automation, which means that it needs to be installed.
