Hello
My English might not be perfect, but at the moment, my install of textmakers is even worse!
I've set the language to English UK, but every time I write a word it's underlined by a red line, and the suggestions are completely off.

I just can't get it working, and I'm writing on a report, that's due Monday morning :(

Click in the text, call up Format/Character and check which language is set there. Probably not English (UK).

If so, do a Ctrl+A, then use Format/Character to set the desired language.
