Is this not possible or am I missing something? I am used to being able to select Search, then click either something like This Worksheet Only or Entire Workbook and have it automagically search all tabs in the entire workbook.

Being a CPA (Certified Pain in the Ars), I have workbooks that go back 10+ years with a tab for each month. When I need to search, I need to search each and every tab, not just the one I am on.
