did you also tested it with TextMaker's PDF export or only with novapdf? Does it work better with Office 2010? You can download a trail version here:

-we'll look in the landscape/portait page switching problem, it seems that indeed the page layout is not kept in some cases for Textmaker.

Pleae try it with the PDF export in TextMaker (File=>Export as PDF). Different PDF printer from different companies produces different outputs. That's why I asked if the probpem still exist with the internal PDF export function of TextMaker 2010.

internal PDF export, no problem.
but, I like doPDF/novapdf output...

If it works with the internal PDF export but not with an 3rd party application there is unfortunately nothing we can do here. You can try it with another PDF printer if you like (freePDF, cutePDF and so on).
