Despite purchasing Textmaker sometime ago, I still have not received my registration code or serial number.

I asked for one and received a very quick reply which stated that you needed certain information.

I provided this information and have received no reply despite sending three other emails...this is over a month ago now.

Bottom line, I have TextMaker but I can't use it.

Can you please help. I have emailed both of your support email addresses and directly replied to your first response.

Help!

Please send me a private message (click here) with your order tracking number starting with SMxxxxxx, so I can take a look at this issue.

We're sorry for the delay in processing your email.
I just sent out the download instructions and serial number to your AOL email address.

"Adam Ant," eh? Do you read Shane Maloney? THE greatest mystery writer, author of the very funny Murray Whelan novels, set in Melbourne, Australia.
