Good day all. I'm a big fan of Textmaker. Tried out the beta on Linux ever since. Nice, fast, program, and I'm using it for laying out newsletters now, too.

I still keep OO.o around for bigger articles however because I can insert "notes" in the text to remind myself of places I need to edit, add more information, or whatever. Adding that feature would be a major step forward in my opinion. Still, I like Textmaker for what it is, and appreciate its good design and above all, its speed!

Finally, may I suggest someone add a "wish list" topic here to collect and filter out these sorts of comments?

Well, currently notes are not possible, but you can use the insert bookmark feature instead.
We will put the notes feature on the wish list for future version of TextMaker.

BTW: Maybe we will also start a Wish List forum, but currently we don't have one.
