Using Softmaker 2012 pro on desktop computer running win7
I'm using gmail imap accounts and seem to be unable to have the folders on Gmail servers be duplicated in eM Client. I can't find any "subscribe to folders" on eM client. Can you advise.

How did you try to set this up? I just used the "Quick Setup" feature and it did everything for me in less than 5 seconds.

Thanks Jim, yes I did the same but only default folders appeared, not folders that I had created on my previous email client (postbox) which were mirrored on gmail.

Does it work better if you delete the account in eM Client, restart it and set it up again using the quick setup?

Got it now thanks. All my folders were subfolders to Inbox. Soon as I move a folder out of inbox it showed up under Google MAIL. Seems eM client doesn't like subfolders. Thanks for help. Gregory
