One small point. I notice when importaing PowerPoint files into SoftMaker Presentations that, if the text has been formatted with the 'shadow' option, it may or may not display correctly. Typically, the first one or two slides display reasonably well, and then the shadow starts to be rendered the same colour as the text, making a complete mess of things. Otherwise, compatibility seems OK, including with images and most transitions.

The sample file didn't attach so I will send by email - you will see the effect towards the last slides, even on this very small slide set....
