Hi, when I try to open an .xlt template file the program hangs.

Have tried with context menu (in excel to edit a template it should be opened from the context menu??) and left clicking.

When I open an .xls file made with the template in excel, the file opens but it takes a while.
This worked for a while but now it keeps crashing whatever I do...

error report attached...
