I have Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat X Standard (not Acrobat X reader)

When I installed Adobe Acrobat X Standard, it automatically generated an Acrobat->Create PDF (using PDFMaker) option in each of the individual Microsoft Office 2010 products.

Textmaker Viewer 2010 overrides this by assigning TextMaker Viewer's PDF generator instead in the same spots.

I was able to reassign winword 2010's PDFMaker by changing the PDFMaker profile to its default setting.

It is not possible to do the same with Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 as Outlook 2010 doesn't allow profile reassignment.

TextMaker Viewer's PDF generator generates much larger and more verbose output than PDFMaker.

In fact, I am not interested in TM's PDF generator at all. Is there any way to stop this option? -- at the least in Outlook.

I am not sure what exactly happened on your system, but TextMaker Viewer does not take over the .pdf file extension or register itself as a PDF viewer. It registers itself only for word processing file types, or, more exactly, for those that you chose during installation. ".pdf" is not among them.
