I have a series of automatically numbered paragraphs, and now I need to create a series of numbered paragraphs within one of these, is it possible? Something like:

1 Blah, blah

2 Blah, blah
1 Blah, blah
2 Blah, blah
3 Blah, blah

3 Blah, blah

4 Blah, blah

Something like this? Have a look at Format > Bullets and Numbering....

Thanks Jossi, I thought it would be easy, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

I did read the "help" for bulleted and numbered lists before I posted here, but that didn't explain it well enough for me to understand how to do what I wanted.

As a further question, the help text "Numbered lists" ends with the comment "For details on creating numbered lists, see the next pages." but I couldn't see links to any "next pages" - perhaps this is where the explanation I was seeking exists . . .

PS: Even with your example, which is exactly what I wanted, it took me a while to figure out that the secret is the "Additional indent" setting. Obvious it is not . . .

This refers to the PDF manual (Page 164) which you can find in Start=>Programs=>SoftMaker Office 2012=>Documentation.
