Another issue I found with odt file format in TextMaker 2012:

Attached rtf document contains wmf image. When I save this file with TextMaker in odt format and then try to open the new file I get 'Unable to open file' message. Conversion to tmd, docx and doc formats work without any problems. Odt conversion worked only when I deleted the image.

The problem has been solved by the developers and will not occur with the next service pack.
