When in RTL mode, the indent buttons should adjust their behavior as well.

When in RTL mode, pressing the Left-Arrow indent button should cause the text to be "pushed" to the left (Increase Indent, but to the left side).
Currently, to achieve that, we have to press the Right-Arrow indent button (Decrease Indent, while we want to Increase).
Of course, the buttons captions should also be adjusted, accordingly.

This info is relevant to TextMaker & Presentations.
