I have just purchased a UBISURFER Netbook . Could anyone help me with the following problem ?

When I turn the Netbook on - gives the Error message ===> Unidentified USB device - Enter the name of the driver for this USB device .

If I then close this window , I can use the wireless connection but no other connection .
If I click on the UBISURFER icon it shows - Preparing to connect and Starting , but stays like that for about 5 minutes and then gives the Error message ===> ATEO - Modem communication failure.

I also get the Error message ===> IMEI string is empty . Failed to RetrieveSerialNumber . Failed to initialise application.

You should direct these questions at UBISURFER's tech support department. SoftMaker only provides the office software for these computers.
