I purchased via Paypal the promotional upgrade to V2011 from the 2008 version. I got the following mail from Softmaker

Thank you very much for your order.
Your order tracking number is:
xxxxxx . Please mention this tracking number in all inquiries regarding your order.

However I was sent no registration code & my Paypal account registered no new transaction.
Should I try purchasing again. BTW, I sent a mail to info@softmaker.de about that.

Probably you got only an automatic confirmation as it is weekend and the sales people will handle your order on monday.

What is strange is that when I selected Paypal payment, I did not have to login into my Paypal account by entering my password.

In this case, something went possibly wrong. I recommend to write an e-mail to sales(at)softmaker.com and ask if your order has been received and processed.

Thanks, Softmaker has replied saying that they have got the order, but not the money. There should be a problem with the purchasing system. They asked me to send it manually via Paypal. That's what I did.

The main reason for my interest with Softmaker is the forthcoming SoftMaker Office for Android.
