Hi,
I found your program on internet and tryed it out. It was good but when i tryed to save a document it said it cant save things when using an illegal copy. So i went to your website and i buyed the product. I uninstalled the bad one and installed yours but on opening it keep the settings from the bad one and i cannot give the new serial and other info. I uninstalled again and with registeredit i had everything softmaker away. it kept me for 30 min clicking and when i installed again it was the same info from the bad program what was using. so i cant save documents. Have you got any idea what should be done for a proper install without the bad one?

Hello,

please uninstall Office 2010 again, look in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Application Data\SoftMaker. Here you should find an file called ofres10.dll. Just delete it, install Office 2010 again and enter you registration details on the first start.

I am hving the same issue except that its for a windows CE device - I have a serial number, but no place to update it in the software.

Are you working with the trial version? Please note that you cannot upgrade it. Please uninstall it and install the full version (you will find the download link in the e-mail with the product key).

Yes I started with the trial version -
I have uninstalled the trial and installed the Full version - from this link PlanMaker 2010: http://.......................
the expired notice still pops up when you try to launch the application

Please make sure that you download the full version from the download link in the e-mail with the serial number we sent you. The file name is not ofw2010eval.exe (this is the trial version).
