Text contrast (difference between background and foreground collors) is too low in 'Tip of the Day' dialog which showing on start up:

(background: 255,255,255, text color 236,225,207)

It text completelly unreadeble on my VGA monitor and hard to see on DVI (I use dualhead with nvidia GeForce 6150LE and two same 19'' Acer AL1916F (one VGA and another DVI) monitors.

PS. in Gimp color picker I see difference between these colors, and I make only 15 error in this monitor in 'color IQ' test (its good result).

our developers solved this problem now it won't occur any longer in the next beta version.
