I bought Office 2010 and loved it on my XP machine. New Windows 7 computer attempt to install will not accept my serial number. Support does not reply yo my email!! Please help!

Please type in the name, e-mail address and serial number EXACTLY in the way listed in the registration e-mail as the serial number is based on your name and e-mail address.
