File picker goes off the top of the screen when PM is tiled

I have PlanMaker 591 and another program open. I have the two windows tiled, so that PlanMaker occupies the upper part of the screen and the other program takes the rest of the screen.

In PlanMaker, I click on the folder symbol on the toolbar to open an existing file. The file picker opens, and as soon as it does it jumps to a position where much of it is off the top of the screen, making it impossible to select the file I want to open.
