Hi

I am trying to find how to enter text in flamboyant manner as can be done in M$Word with Word art.

In particular I want to be able to enter a phrase and have it rotate on the screen in some way.

Did you mean something like shown in the screenshot below? Just invoke Object=>New Drawing=>TextArt, choose a template and draw the TextArt. Then double click on it and play with the options until you are statisfied.
