I found it in the Standard and the Continuous views.
Click on the Fit margins to window to centralise a document.
Try mouse selecting some text from right to left and keep moving mouse (with left button pressed) further.
The moment it touches the vertical ruler - the document is get scrolled.
It happens the other direction as well.
I find it annoying as cannot help myself doing this unintentionally again and again.
MSO does not behave like that.

I am very disappointed. The "feature" is included into the TextMaker2012. Is there a reason of such behavior?

Unfortunately the bug still existit. The developers are still working on a solution. I will inform you as soon as we have more information.
