Using the reviewing document feature, I want to keep the "by author" option on, but also choose which colour I use to add my comments.

At the moment my review comments are added in a pale grey, and I would like it red or blue.

The way the dialogue box reads, it looks as if leaving it at "by author" leaves me no control over the colour.

But I can choose to have all comment by all authors a single specific colour.

Can anyone tell me how I select my default colour.

Currently it is not possible to change the colors of comments if "by author" is selected. I opened an feature request in our ticket system for your wish.

Thanks, at least that explains why I couldn't work out how to do it.

I assume there has been some thought put into the default being pale grey, a sit doesn't seem an obvious choice to me.
