Hello,

In TextMaker I have created a custom default document template that has Times New Roman 12pt. So when I open TextMaker, I get 12 pt text. This works fine. However, when I copy text from, say, a web site, and paste it into TextMaker, the text will be in Times New Roman font but in 10pt text size, like it is in the original default template. Why is this and can it be changed, or is it a bug? Thank you.

EDIT: Also, I am used to the pictures that are part of the web sites to also paste into the office document, but in TextMaker images are automatically excluded. Can they be included via a setting, or is it not possible to paste both text and images at the same time? Thank you again.

I can certainly confirm this irritating quirk of TextMaker 2010. I've even tried copy'n'paste into an empty section that has been "transfer formatted" specifically into 12pt TNR etc, with patchy results for pasting into my preferred font size. Seems to be most noticeable to me when working between HTML and TMD documents -

I can reproduce this behavior and informed the developers to fix the bug that changes the font size every time you paste text from a HTML web page.

Currently it is not possible to paste complete websites (text and images) together. That's on our wishlist for upcoming versions.
