 Post subject: legally installed on Augen e-go Netbook??

I got this program preinstalled on my Augen e-go notebook, made in China, along with PlanMaker and Presentations. Is this a legal installation because it says "evaluation version" and it was sold as part of this netbook. If not, how do I make it legal? My insurance prohibits me from using illegaly installed software/music I receive with devices I buy. The Augen is a windows CE5 netbook. It does not run CAB file installers- programs must be extracted and placed manually. Support site: http://www.augenus.com

Can I upgrade without having to buy both a legal copy of 2008 and the latest versions?
