Want to get the most out of SoftMaker Office anywhere? Use it in workgroups!

Most users working with an office suite are "on their own". Current office suites don't offer sufficient functions to let a group of users work together. Companies have to install additional software like Lotus Notes – which has very demanding hardware requirements and still does not really integrate with the office suite.

Again, SoftMaker is taking a different approach here: Users connected to a local network (or the Internet) can work together with other users any time they want. They can create workgroups, synchronize their appointments with others, share contacts or documents with other users – be it a colleague next door or a user from the other side of the world.

For that purpose, SoftMaker Office anywhere comes with the following groupware functions:

Documents can be shared in a common document pool

Annotations can be added to shared documents

Changes in shared documents can be redlined

Appointments, contacts, and project plans can also be shared

E-mail client for exchanging internal or external e-mails

Public and private discussion boards
